About the Department

The Retail function provides Personal and Business Banking customers with financial solutions tailored to their needs. We help them manage their money wisely and meet their financial goals through an extensive range of products and services. These include deposit, insurance, secured and unsecured loans, investment and wealth advisory services.


Personal Financial Services

We design and provide products and services that empower our customers to enjoy greater banking convenience while they extract more value from their money. In particular, we are focused on promoting and developing healthy saving and investment practices across generations.

Job Responsibilities

         Ensure the availability for data refresh and structure for BB Analytics team.

         Actively engage in development, enhancement, validation, implementation, and monitoring of Retail Risk scorecards (CUE and behavior scorecard)

         Ensure model or score development, management approval and implementation as per internal and external policy governance.

•         Work closely with other functional group to ensure smooth process of RDM initiatives related to data collection, implementation of models / scores.

Job Requirements

         5 years’ experience in Retail Analytics in Banking Industry.

         Experience in Modelling or Score Development for Retail.

         Strong communication, project management and problem solving skills

         Work well under pressure and ability to work to the tight deadline

         Data, analytic and metrics oriented
