TMRW (pronounced as “tomorrow”) empowers the digital generation with a full suite of banking solutions through a smart, mobile-only app. Our mission is to build and expand the best digital bank in ASEAN. Launched in Indonesia and Thailand as the first mobile only digital bank by United Overseas Bank (UOB) in ASEAN, TMRW offers innovative and simple solutions to help customers stay one step ahead of their finances. Our business model is powered by next-generation artificial intelligence, machine learning, data analytics, user interface design and smartphone capabilities. These include our own digital technology innovations as well as solutions provided through our collaboration with FinTech partners. Job Responsibilities
The scope/activities for Intern in the Product Owner role:
- Participate in Projects and Change Requests to deepen understanding of the TMRW app's functionalities, using this knowledge to effectively plan, lead, and execute tasks.
- Contribute to the Backlog & Digital Insights by offering innovative ideas and utilizing data/customer insights.
- Attend GR TMRW Forums to learn about the decision-making process and to present their projects, gaining visibility for their work.
- Take on various assignments to get a comprehensive view of the end-to-end TMRW process.
Through these activities, Interns are expected to:
- Acquire an understanding of the GR TMRW business unit's main operations, processes, and the relationships between internal and external stakeholders.
- Develop key skills in communication through stakeholder management, enhance problem-solving abilities through requirement analysis and solutioning, and improve time management to deliver tasks efficiently within set deadlines and resources.
- Provide feedback for continuous improvement within the team.
Job Requirements
- Looking for students who can commit from June to August or September to February
- Looking for Bachelor Degree (University);Diploma (Polytechnic) students (Preferably Business, Engineering students)
- Self-starter with a passion for learning
- Able to work both independently and in a collaborative team environment to achieve goals
- Able to understand and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
- Good communications and organizational skills
