About the Department
The Technology and Operations function is comprised of five teams of specialists with distinct capabilities: business partnership, technology, operations, risk governance and planning support and services. We work closely together to harness the power of technology to support our physical and digital banking services and operations. This includes developing, centralizing and standardizing technology systems as well as banking operations in Singapore and overseas branches.
Job Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
1. SDM Coordination - To help conduct sanity checks on the artefacts for AG submissions and liaising with the Project Team on any required remediations
2. QR Process - To assist in scheduling meetings with BU and Leads / App Team on requirements completion and coordination of QR milestones
3. Co-facilitate CAHS Learning Sessions
4. Projects:
- Dashboard Enhancements - i.e. CAHS Utilisation
- Knowledge Base Revamp - i.e. Confluence Page
Job Requirements
- Able to commit from May-August (able to extend for longer)
- Looking for Business Administration/Information Technology (Undergrad/Postgrad students) students
- Self-starter with a passion for learning
- Able to work both independently and in a collaborative team environment to achieve goals
- Able to understand and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
- Good communications and organizational skills
- Intermediate level of proficiency with MS Excel, Visio, PowerPoint and SharePoint
