About the Department

Our team comprises five teams of specialists with distinct capabilities: business partnership, technology, operations, risk governance and planning support and services. We work closely together to harness the power of technology to support our physical and digital banking services and operations. This includes developing, centralizing and standardizing technology systems as well as banking operations in Singapore and overseas branches.

Job Responsibilities

Job responsibilities:

• Involve in programme coordination and execution of UOB FinLab initiatives
• Liaising with various internal and external stakeholders on digitalisation and sustainabilitity initiatives
• Driving strategy and tactics to ensure conversions across all platforms and channels
• Programme launch and events management
• Market research and data analysis reporting
• Creatives and contents management
• Marketing support and coordination such as digital marketing, campaigns, website, public relations, and community platform
• Any other administrative tasks assigned.

Job Requirements

• Looking for Poly and University students who can commit from Aug 2025 – Feb 2026 and 12 weeks
• Currently pursuing a polytechnic/degree in a relevant field (e.g., business, banking & finance, marketing, or a related discipline).
• Responsible and ability to execute plans with attention to detail
• Ability to work independently as well as part of the team.
• Proactive and adaptable.
• Good interpersonal skills, both written and verbal communication
• Strong interest in digital transformation, emerging technologies, and their impact on businesses.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to collect and interpret data for decision-making.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Adobe tools (AI, Photoshop) and project management tools would be an added advantage.
• Knowledge of digital tools and platforms (e.g., CRM systems, data analytics tools) is a plus.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize work, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
