About the Department
We are seeking for a skilled and experienced Workday Security Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing security controls in Workday and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. This role requires strong technical skills in Workday Security configuration and knowledge of security frameworks. Additionally, the ideal candidate should have experience in conducting risk assessments and developing policies and procedures related to information security management.
Job Responsibilities
- Provides support and responds to Workday Security related queries from Human Resources, Managers and Employees
- Implement security controls in Workday based on industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct periodic reviews of security controls to ensure their effectiveness and make necessary adjustments.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to identify potential security risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
- Develop policies and procedures related to information security management and ensure their implementation within the organization.
- Monitor emerging security threats and vulnerabilities and take proactive measures to address them.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in Workday Security and apply them to enhance the organization’s security posture.
- Create and build Workday reports as needed.
- Participate in requirements gathering and review, create and executes test plans, test remediation plans, test scenarios/scripts with expected outcomes; and system configurations for half yearly cloud releases
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Workday Security configuration and implementation.
- Technical experience in Workday HCM, BP, Reporting, and Integration will be desirable.
- Strong understanding of Workday security frameworks
- Experience in conducting risk assessments and developing policies and procedures related to information security management.
- Knowledge of emerging security threats and vulnerabilities and strategies to mitigate them.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
