About the Department

The Human Resources function balances organisational aspirations and employee needs, as we accelerate and strengthen people capabilities to enable sustainable business growth at UOB. Job Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to design and execute the employee experience strategy in alignment with the bank’s culture and values. 
  • Participate in designing and executing key people initiatives 
  • Promote our culture and employee value proposition through various engagement platforms and communication channels. 
  • Measure and assess employee experience and engagement, such as designing and analysing surveys and conducting focus groups. 
  • Leverage insights from employee feedback to co-create solutions with stakeholders that drive engagement. 
  • Participate in select group-wide strategic HR projects for exposure and development purposes.

Job Requirements

  • A degree or at least 8 years of equivalent relevant experience. 
  • The ability to build networks and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver results. 
  • The ability to work with complexity, gather and analyze data, and present options and recommend solutions. 
  • The ability to prioritise and manage workload effectively while being flexible and adaptable. 
  • Strong project management skills. 
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, and dynamic environment. 
  • Previous experience in building and executing HR strategies related to engagement and employee satisfaction is preferred. 
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to investigate, advise, influence, and collaborate with relevant partners. 
  • Previous experience in employer branding and communications is a plus.
