About the Department

The Finance and Corporate Services function manages the financial and administrative needs of the Group to help achieve its business goals.

 

Group Finance
We support enhanced decision-making to achieve optimal and sustainable financial outcomes for our shareholders. We are responsible for providing insights into the performance of the Group through financial, regulatory and performance reporting of the Group.

Job Responsibilities

  • Be part of the Financial Strategy Capital Management team
  • Leading a team to ensure high standards, accurate and timely submissions to MAS; handling of internal and external audit, and active monitoring of the Group’s capital levels
  • Deliver smooth execution of the capital planning and stress testing exercises including ICAAP and IWST
  • Provide capital governance and oversight across the Group and providing advisory on capital implications for strategic business initiatives
  • Keep abreast of industry and regulatory developments, and assess implications to the Bank’s capital and recovery planning
  • Leading projects driven by regulatory or internal business changes, and identify areas for process improvement, enhancements and automations
  • Develop management dashboards to monitor capital consumption across business segments and countries

Job Requirements

  • Degree in Accounting / Finance / Business or equivalent professional certification
  • At least 8-10 years of experience in the banking and finance sector
  • Good knowledge of MAS Notice 637, Basel capital rules, ICAAP
  • Experience in capital reporting, management or planning activities will be an advantage
  • Proactive, meticulous and able to work independently as well as in a team
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills to engage various internal and external stakeholders
  • Able to organize and prioritize assignments in a fast-paced and deadline–oriented environment
