About the Department
UI/UX designer who will be responsible for the user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design of our various digital channels. You will ensure that all elements of the online user experience are optimized for improved usability, usefulness, and exceptional visual design.

Job Responsibilities
We are looking for a dynamic UI/UX designer who will be responsible for the user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design of our various digital channels. You will ensure that all elements of the online user experience are optimized for improved usability, usefulness, and exceptional visual design.
The successful candidate will evidence a passion for delivering adaptive and creative solutions to UI/UX design problems by staying up to date with best practices and emerging trends in user experience design and user interface technology.
Job responsibilities
- Investigating user experience design requirements for our suite of digital assets on our e-channels.
- Able to produce high-quality UX design solutions through wireframes, visual and graphic designs, flow diagrams, storyboards, site maps, and prototypes.
- Able to translate design recommendations into customer journeys, wireframes, and high-fidelity designs
- Designing UI elements and tools such as navigation menus, search boxes, tabs, and widgets for our digital assets.
- Collaborating with the Product Owners, Business Analysts, internal and external designers to ensure the creation and delivery of tailored experiences for the business internet and mobile user.
- Adhering to style standards on typography and graphic design.
- Utilise Figma, Sketch, Azure, Confluence, JIRA and other deisgn software to drive collaboration with Product Owners, Business Analyst and Developers.
- Contribute to research roadmap and ensure research is a key strategic component of product development and customer experience.
- Communicate and deliver meaningful research insights in effective, innovative, and impactful ways to a variety of audiences from the design team, engineering team, to executive teams.
- Providing advice and guidance on the implementation of UX research methodologies and testing activities in order to analyze and predict user behavior.
Job Requirements

- A bachelor's degree and a minimum of 2 years UI/UX design experience for digital products or services.
- A portfolio of professional UI/UX design work for both web and mobile platforms.
- Working knowledge of the following technologies and software: Figma, Sketch, Zeplin, Microsoft Axure, Visio, HTML, CSS (SCSS), iOS, Android, Design Systems, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- A enthusiastic team player who is open to feedback and collaborative design but can work independently too.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Understands human behaviour, you are great at translating quantitative and qualitative data into deep, meaningful insights.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities, you are at examining information in detail in order to identify key or important elements and make recommendations or solve problems.
