About the Department
The Compliance function is a strategic partner and a trusted business enabler to the Board and senior management. It is our responsibility to ensure that the Group continuously fulfils its regulatory obligations in today’s tight and dynamic regulatory landscape. To do that, we work closely with internal stakeholders to identify and to assess regulatory risks. This collaboration also includes developing practical solutions that integrate regulations into operational requirements as well as actively shaping and promoting stronger compliance culture and literacy in the Bank.
Job Responsibilities
The Administrative Assistant provides administrative support for Group Compliance, including staff onboarding/offboarding, office management, finance tasks, stakeholder coordination, and performing other duties as assigned. The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, confidentiality, discretion, professionalism and ability to handle multiple tasks at any given time.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of office within Group Compliance.

Carry out administrative duties such as onboarding/offboarding of staff, maintain office supplies, upkeep staff list, update centralised forms, maintain fixed asset listing, coordinate offsite archival requests, update internal SOP/user guides etc.

Assist with finance operational matters such as invoice processing and payment monitoring

Assist with annual/quarter/ad-hoc reviews within Group Compliance where required and provide administrative support for function wide meetings where necessary

Manage user requests as the first point of contact and liaise with internal and external stakeholders on administrative/IT/facilities matters to resolve issues timely

Provide covering administrative and secretarial support to the Head of Group Compliance which includes meeting coordination, printing of materials and meeting room booking

Job Requirements

Good interpersonal, written, and communication skills with attention to detail.

Ability to multi-task and manage work tasks with numerous stakeholders, as well as deliver results within tight timelines

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite applications, particularly Excel, Word and Outlook

Able to work from office full-time
-
Relevant working experience with admin roles will be preferred.
