About the Department
This critical HR role involves managing global mobility and corporate travel programs to support the Bank's international operations. The incumbent will ensure seamless relocation processes and effective travel management, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders throughout the assignment lifecycle.
Job Responsibilities
- Manage Global Mobility Programs: Oversee international assignments from planning to repatriation, aligning with business needs and strategic objectives.
- Advisory on Policies and Services: Provide guidance on global mobility policies, handle exceptions, and communicate policy details to stakeholders.
- Vendor Management: Partner with external vendors for relocation services, manage contracts, and ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Documentation and Data Management: Ensure accurate assignment documentation and maintain updated assignment data.
- Tracking and Reporting: Develop dashboards, monitor assignment requests, and prepare regular reports on assignment costs and trends.
- Policy and Contract Reviews: Conduct regular reviews of vendor contracts and mobility guidelines to remain competitive.
- Stay Informed: Keep abreast of changes in immigration laws, tax regulations, and other factors impacting global mobility.
Job Requirements
- Education and Experience: Recognized degree with at least 8 years of relevant experience in global mobility or relocation industry.
- Supervisory Experience: In-depth knowledge of global mobility program design, process management, and understanding of immigration and expatriate tax requirements.
- Stakeholder Management: Ability to build effective relationships with key stakeholders at all levels.
- Skills: Self-starter, detail-oriented, strong time management, multi-tasking abilities, and excellent communication skills.
