About the Department

The Finance and Corporate Services function manages the financial and administrative needs of the Group to help achieve its business goals.


Group Finance Control & Operations

We comprise the following functions - General Ledger (GL), Account Payable (AP), Account Receivable (AR), Asset Accounting (AA) and Good and Services Tax (GST) of the Bank and its subsidiaries.

Job Responsibilities

 Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Timely and accurate processing of transactions within the stipulated timeline/per SLA (where applicable)
  • Transactions are adequately supported, properly accounted and promptly recorded into the systems
  • Monitoring and checks are performed to identify and escalate any risk and control issues, to ensure they are adequately addressed and resolved within the given timeframe
  • Compliance with relevant policies and regulations, framework and procedures, and approval limits
  • Check on the effectiveness of the controls in the assigned functions
  • Ensure timely reporting to internal management and external stakeholders
  • Attend to queries and requests promptly with timely follow-up
  • Support operational productivity and improvement projects, and other ad-hoc projects
  • Identify areas/processes for improvements through streamlining and automation
Job Requirements
  • Technically sound in areas of accounting and financial controls
  • Proficient in MS Office programs (especially MS Excel)
  • Good knowledge of SAP modules would be an advantage
  • Analytical, inquisitive and keen eye for details
  • Self-driven with the ability to deliver within tight deadlines
  • Good communication and presentation skill (verbal and written), highly meticulous and self-motivated
  • Ability to prioritize, plan and manage at both strategic and working levels
  • Good organizational skill

Education Requirements

  • Accounting or business degree (or equivalent)
  • At least 3 years of experience in Accounting and Finance, preferably within the Financial Services industry
