Job Responsibilities

The successful candidate will join our Fixed Income team covering high grade corporate credits with focus on US and Asia/ EM.  

Candidate has to:

  • Demonstrate an understanding of the fundamentals of corporate analysis i.e. the methodology and thought process that  all credit analysts should go through in making a credit decision.
  • Identify and analyze the important factors for different companies and the sectors they are in, and make a credit decision.
  • Build spreadsheet models, financial risk analysis, cash flow forecasting and financial ratios to determine a company's creditworthiness.
  • Be responsible for providing industry, company, financial and valuation analysis to support your investment recommendations.

Job Requirements

  • A degree holder with at least 3-5 years’ relevant experience covering corporate credits
  • Numerate and analytical
  • Proficiency in IT tools and application such as Excel, Bloomberg is preferred
  • Ability to understand and interpret various programming languages such as R, Python is desirable
  • A team player, and committed to learn and adapt to changes in research coverage, and willing to take on added responsibilities as and when the need arises.
  • Highly self-motivated and be prepared to work under tight deadlines.
