Job Responsibilities

The successful applicant will be part of the Bancassurance Product team who will be responsible for supporting the management of different aspects of UOB's Banca business that impact the product's profitability.

These include, but are not limited to, development and implementation of strategic business initiatives, product management and development, product due diligence and marketing support.

Examples of responsibilities are:

• Track and monitor the performance of campaigns (such as roadshows and giftings) to ensure smooth fulfilments and conduct due diligence for issues such as fraud
• Analyse sales data to distil trends and insights to back informed business decisions
• Support stakeholder communication by acting as a bridge between business partners and internal teams
• Conduct analysis of feedbacks from sales governance to identify interrelationships for product and process enhancement efforts
• Aid in the development of evaluation forms and addendums for bancassurance products to contribute to enhancements of product offerings
• Facilitate seamless product integration and maintenance on new system platforms by ensuring accurate representation of products and fostering collaboration with cross functional stakeholders
• Generate innovative ideas for marketing campaigns and contribute to strategic plan

Job Requirements

• Undergrad student
• Currently pursuing a Banking & Finance / Business Administration / related course of study in university
• Able to commit minimally Jan-May'25
• Proficient in Excel
• Willing to learn
• Team player
• Enjoys problem solving and working with stakeholders of different cultures and backgrounds
