About the Department

The Finance and Corporate Services function manages the financial and administrative needs of the Group to help achieve its business goals.

 

Corporate Real Estate Services

We manage and administer matters relating to real estate on behalf of the Group. These include lease management, facilities management, as well as security and general service matters.

Job Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the communication of action plans and following-up on action items.
  • Analyse data and perform research for market insight e.g. comparisons of companies based on available data on platforms such as SGX webpage or in the media.
  • Proactively collaborate with stakeholders on data-related tasks.
  • Active participation in process improvement projects and the preparation of presentation slides.
  • Plans and schedule meetings for manager with stakeholders.

Job Requirements

  • Degree in IT or Data-related fields.
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in data analytics or analyst roles.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office, databases and information systems.
  • Good understanding of research methods and data analysis techniques.
