Job Responsibilities


Join a young and dynamic team in building and running UOB’s Digital Bank, a digital business model with a separate brand with its own target audience and Customer Value Proposition.

If you have a challenger mindset and enjoy asking ‘Why Not’, then you will thrive in an environment when you can learn about the different aspects of building and running a Digital Bank in the region (the Digital Bank does not yet exist in Singapore).

Role and Responsibilities:

This role will assist the Head of Marketing in managing marketing operations across the region (TH, ID and VN) to ensure smooth implementation and maintain a consistent operating rhythm between group marketing and country marketing teams.

This role will also be solely responsible for the development and management of the Digital Bank website including content management in multiple languages and analytics reporting.

This role reports directly to the Head of Marketing and is a solo contributor role.

You will be part of a fungible marketing team where you will also be asked to be part of business initiatives beyond the current remit of this role.  This may include consumer research and Customer Value Proposition development for new product initiatives.

Job Requirements

Qualifications, Experience and Skills Required:

The ideal candidate will have at least 8 -12 years’ experience and can demonstrate hands-on experience in project management with sound understanding and appreciation of marketing principles and marketing approaches.

Analytical with attention to details and strong follow-through on process management is essential.

A team player with strong interpersonal skills with the ability to adapt and flex in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Willingness to embrace ambiguity and ill-defined requirements with an ability to make the complex simple is a plus.  An open mindset with drive and energy armed with a pleasant disposition will be an advantage.
