About the Department

The Finance and Corporate Services function manages the financial and administrative needs of the Group to help achieve its business goals.


Corporate Real Estate Services

We manage and administer matters relating to real estate on behalf of the Group. These include lease management, facilities management, as well as security and general service matters.

Objective : Searching for a Facilities Management Co-Lead for UOB, to manage global portfolio.


Job Responsibilities
  • Support Facility Management (FM) head: -
    • To manage insourced/ outsourced facility Members, not limiting to Singapore
    • Plan and track Operation (OPEX) and Capital (CAPEX) budget, expenses and variance.
  • Execute periodical Risk management and Compliance, such as Business Continuity Plan and Facility Risk Review.
  • Review, revise, update policy, guidelines and procedures to improve productivity.
  • Vendor management and review periodic contracts & services,
  • Establish Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) roll out.
  • Execute Sustainability initiatives and plans.
  • Explore, benchmark, execute and operate Smart Building Technologies, to improve Productivity, Accessibility and Availability
  • Perform any other duties that may be assigned by management.
Job Requirements


  • Degree or Diploma in Building & Estate Management, Building Services, Mechanical or Electrical or equivalent discipline. Professional certifications will be an added advantage.
  • Min 10 years of working experience on Project and Facilities management, with people management skill and more than 5 millions sqft portfolio or equivalent.
  • Essential knowledge of Authorities requirement and Occupational Safety & Health (OSH).
  • Pro-active and able to work independently, team work, mature with strategic mindset.
  • Excellent planning, analytical, problem solving and communication (verbal and written) and people managing skills.
  • Knowledge of Sustainability, Processes Automation and digital database management is desirable.
