About the Department

The Channels & Digitalization function enables end-to-end seamless connectivity for UOB customers across all physical and digital touchpoints of the Bank. Designed to be in tune with our customers’ banking preferences, we strive to enhance engagement and deliver exemplary experiences across our network of branches, self-service machines and digital platforms. We collaborate with FinTech ecosystem partners to keep abreast of developments in the FinTech innovation space and to embed ourselves in our customers’ lives. We also harness customer insights to help us deliver new business models and digital innovations, and to build deeper relationships with our customers.

About the Program

UOB RMADP will groom you through 2 years structured training program starting off as Front Liner (Customer Service/Teller) to have a thorough understanding of banking operational, service excellent as well as building your networking that will empower you to become a successful Relationship Manager Associate – our National Funding Team. This is a jumpstart for your future growth as a professional retail banker.

Job Requirements

  •    Meticulous, target-driven, and have eagerness and grit on sales
  •    Ability in basic English
  •    Bachelor Degree with minimum GPA 2.75 out of 4.00 Fresh graduate or have maximum 2 years working experience
  •    Maximum 25 years old
  •    Willing to be placed in all UOB Branches
