About the Department

The Finance and Corporate Services function manages the financial and administrative needs of the Group to help achieve its business goals.

 

Group Finance

We support enhanced decision-making to achieve optimal and sustainable financial outcomes for our shareholders. We are responsible for providing insights into the performance of the Group through financial, regulatory and performance reporting of the Group.

Job Responsibilities

  • Perform review and annual update on Retail IFRS9 parameters such as PD, LGD, EAD, and Forward – Looking factors.
  • Liaise with IT Team to ensure IFRS9 parameters are set up correctly.
  • Perform UAT on any enhancement (i.e. model change, local/group initiatives)  which impacted IFRS9 ECL calculation
  • Participate in Group and OJK Stress Testing
  • Ensure timely submission on monthly reporting to internal UOB and regional counterparts
  • Support ad-hoc analysis, reporting, and simulation related to IFRS9 parameters and ECL amount.
  • Support in annual external audit review on ECL model and calculation

Job Requirements

  • Strong analytical skills with experience in handling IFRS9 and Provision modeling
  • Experience in Credit Risk is preferred
  • Able to operate SAS program or familiar with coding
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Able to work in team
  • Independent and able to work in multiple tasks
