About the Department

The Credit and Risk Management function is comprised of three teams: Risk Management, Credit and Special Asset Management. We manage the risks arising from the Group’s business activities within the risk appetite established by the Board. This involves identifying and evaluating the risks, developing effective risk governance and strategies as well as providing independent assessment of the overall risk profile.

Job Responsibilities

  • Support  team lead on the development of credit stress test models and the execution of credit stress test including the consolidation of stress test results.
  • Support team lead in the review of Basel III Internal Rating Based (IRB) policies and governance processes.
  • RWA monitoring which includes the monitoring of outages and movement in RWA, identify root causes and implement solutions e.g. enhancements to processes & procedure  to address them, improve collateral recognition etc.

Job Requirements

  • Degree with more than 3 years of related experience.
  • A creative approach to solving complex problems
  • Experience in Stress Testing & credit modeling
  • Possess good interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of Basel II & III would be advantageous
  • The ability to work as part of a dynamic, results oriented team
