About the Department

The Credit and Risk Management function is comprised of three teams: Risk Management, Credit and Special Asset Management. We manage the risks arising from the Group’s business activities within the risk appetite established by the Board. This involves identifying and evaluating the risks, developing effective risk governance and strategies as well as providing independent assessment of the overall risk profile.

Job Responsibilities

-Handle all change request (CR) or queries for CACS (Collection System) parameter change
-Review existing CACS rule,plan for implementation & rectify error post implementation
-Maintain and update CACS parameter spreadsheet for any changes made as per change made in system
-Coordinate quarterly CACS enhancement including requirement gathering, Functional Spec Review, UAT and implementation
-Coordinate all system enhancement including requirement gathering, submission/prioritisation of Change Request
-Liase with IT on respective system enhancement for UAT testing and implementation
-Conduct yearly user access review for all systems used by CM
-Liase with user for update and deletion of redundant users access
-Conduct yearly IT budget forecast
-Raise requisition for IT equipment purchase
-Maintain inventory of laptop and raise requisition due for upgrade

Job Requirements

-Diploma and above in Information Systems or in relevant discipline

-Minimum 2 years of experience in similar capacity, preferably in Banking industry

-Good analytical and problem solving skills

-Display positive learning attitude 

-A good team player with good communication and interpersonal skills

-Able to work under stress and independently
