Job Responsibilities
Reporting to the Head of Corporate Services of UOBAM, the successful candidate will join a team responsible for providing swift administrative and corporate support and delivering high quality service within UOBAM. The key responsibilities of this position include:

Plan and manage administrative, operational, human resource and legal secretarial functions in an efficient and effective manner.

Assist to ensure proper documentation pertaining to all MAS licensing legislation matters

Prepare organizational documents as needed for legal matters such as board resolution and power of attorney.

Assist with daily procurement issues as well as prepare and process training claims, payments and procurement invoices. Staff may also be required to cover recept functions.

Assist in the annual manpower and capital expenditure budgeting and reporting process, fixed asset reconciliation, ID access review and archival review exercise.

Assist in information collation for quarterly and yearly statutory reporting

Ensure smooth onboarding logistics for new staff as well as create and administer records of staff training and development in accordance with applicable guidelines.

Assist in administering UOBAM&me employee initiatives activities.
Job Requirements

Certificate or Diploma in Business Admin / Banking and Finance preferred

Knowledge of SAP PEMs would be an advantage
-
Proficiency in MS office skills, knowledge of advance excel preferred

Analytical, proactive and self-motivated

Strong work ethic and independent
