About the Department

The Technology and Operations function is comprised of five teams of specialists with distinct capabilities: business partnership, technology, operations, risk governance and planning support and services. We work closely together to harness the power of technology to support our physical and digital banking services and operations. This includes developing, centralising and standardising technology systems as well as banking operations in Singapore and overseas branches.

Job Responsibilities

• Manage the Reconciliation requirements of the Investment Operations team
• Work with Internal & External stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate daily reconciliation of Investment holdings (Shares, Unit trust, Insurance, etc) and various fees
• Monitor procedures and ensure compliance to Regulatory and internal guidelines
• Ensure process turnaround times are adhered to and provide quality metrics
• Prompt detection and escalation of exceptions, follow-through and rectification
• Review processes for improvements and drive Reengineering efforts
• Support in digitization effort driven by the management

Job Requirements

• University degree
• Experience in Investment operations will be an added advantage
• Strong interpersonal, communications, analytical and problem solving skills
• Ability to work independently and in a teams
• Dedicated, self-driven and highly motivated
• Good attitude, team player and able to work in a fast-paced and changing environment
