About the Department

Banking Operations (Wholesale) - Cash Management is responsible for activities related to the operational groups that support the revenue generating business lines of the firm. The Corporate and Commercial Banking Operations function is responsible for the operational support to the Corporate and Commercial Banking business areas and/or products, including transaction banking. Responsibilities may include general account operations, loan closing, loan documentation & processing, and other related activities. The Transaction Banking Operations area is responsible for operations and related activities supporting the Transaction Banking business and/or products. The Cash Management focus specializes in routine to complex processes associated with managing the firm's cash as a result of various financial transactions.

Job Responsibilities

This role provides essential administrative and operational support to the sales team, enabling them to focus on client acquisition and relationship management. The sales support team member acts as liaison between clients, relationship managers, and other internal departments to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Works closely with Relationship Managers to support them on the pre and post approval documentation
  • Provides administrative support to Relationship Managers including handling client inquiries and resolve issues to account management, transaction processing and banking products
  • Support the team in compliance related tasks, ensuring adherence to internal policies and regulatory requirements
  • Checks, validates and facilitates loan disbursements
  • Performs data maintenance, rectifications if any, and reporting
  • Coordinate the onboarding of new clients, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed accurately and promptly.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Preferably relevant experience in document/credit control and at least 2 years of operations experience in company loan operations.
