About the Department

Job Responsibilities

• Fully understand and strictly abide by the operation or sales compliance requirements stipulated in the relevant regulations, policies and operation procedures
• Effectively understand and follow all risk management regulations and internal risk management policies and procedures related to the position, and also be responsible for the risk discovery and risk control of the corresponding business lines assigned by the bank's risk management framework
• Responsible for managing the credit analysis team, using credit analysis skills to analyze the operation and financial status of customers, and conducting comprehensive evaluation and analysis of the market value of collateral, the support of the parent company and the management and corporate strategy
• Understand the company's credit services and analyze the risks
• Work closely with the relationship manager to write credit reports based on the customer information provided
• Ensure that credit application processes and credit reporting standards are consistent with banking procedures at all times
• Assist the relationship manager to maintain a good cooperative relationship with existing customers, and provide customers with high-quality professional services
• Complete other tasks assigned by superiors

Job Requirements

• Bachelor degree or above in finance
• At least 8 years of banking work experience, familiar with various banking businesses, understand bank financial products, and have risk identification skills
• 3 years or above team management experience
• Maintain the highest degree of integrity and integrity in the process of working and communicating with colleagues
• Have sufficient knowledge of bank related products and services
• Have excellent team spirit and excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Have the corresponding working ability to fully perform the responsibilities of various positions
