About the Department

Legal & Secretariat (China)

Job Responsibilities

  • Draft, Review and amend all legal documents and contracts of our bank
  • Involve negotiation, review and amend of bank significant contracts
  • Provide Legal assessment and advice of banking new products and business
  • Assist to improve and implement banking rules and policies related to legal risk control
  • Involve our bank's lawsuit and unlawsuit cases authorized by Head of Legal
  • Manage and communicate with external legal counsel
  • Provide legal advice to other branches
  • Solve other tasks assigned by Head of Legal

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor degree in Legal
  • Minimum 6 years legal experience in banking or law firms
  • Good knowledge of banking business and operation Experience on dealing with banking related legal cases
  • Good written English and paperwork skill
  • Good communication skill
  • PRC Lawyer certificate
