About the Department
Group Technology and Operations (GTO) provides software and system development, information technology support services and banking operations.
We have centralized and standardized the technology components into Singapore, creating a global footprint which can be utilized for supporting our regional subsidiaries and the branches around the world. We operate and support 19 countries with this architecture to provide a secure and flexible banking infrastructure.
Our Operations divisions provide transactional customer services for our businesses while also focusing on cost efficiency through process improvements, automation and straight through processing.
Job Responsibilities
- Understanding of business operations
- Ability to identify business requirement and challenges through data analysis.
- Improve corporate action process through GenAI.
- Streamline corporate action processes through system enhancements to achieve optimum productivity and process efficiency using Maco, VBA program.
- Analyze and interpret corporate action data, including event terms and conditions and payment process.
- Adhere to processing KPIs, Service Levels and compliant with internal controls and various legislation, regulations and bank policies
- In-depth understanding of product parameters, policies, guidelines and regulatory requirements on domestic and global market operations.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
- Identify and mitigate operational risks associated with corporate actions processing.
- Carry out management reporting and any other assignments as given by Department Head and Division Management
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree with 6-7 years of relevant experience in Trade Settlement
- Good communication skills
- Proficient in Maco, VBA
