About the Department

The Retail function provides Personal and Business Banking customers with financial solutions tailored to their needs. We help them manage their money wisely and meet their financial goals through an extensive range of products and services. These include deposit, insurance, secured and unsecured loans, investment and wealth advisory services.

Personal Financial Services 
We design and provide products and services that empower our customers to enjoy greater banking convenience while they extract more value from their money. In particular, we are focused on promoting and developing healthy saving and investment practices across generations. 
 

Job Responsibilities

This role requires a professional skilled in translating complex data into clear, actionable insights. The successful candidate will assist Product Owners and business stakeholders from the initial stages of gathering business requirements to identifying key business queries. This role is pivotal in creating user-friendly dashboards and analyses that drive impactful business results. Experience in retail banking or financial services is an obvious advantage but not essential.

Scope & Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate effectively with both internal stakeholders and external partners to enhance digital tracking and customer insights.
  • Develop and manage the digital analytics tagging and tracking strategies.
  • Oversee the analytics lifecycle, from designing KPI frameworks to implementing tagging plans and conducting UAT testing and verification.
  • Build and maintain dynamic dashboards and reports, presenting findings and recommendations to Product Owners and business stakeholders.
  • Provide consultative support to Product Owners and business stakeholders, helping refine business questions to ensure meaningful analytic outcomes.
  • Ensure all processes and documentation are maintained clearly and accessibly in systems like Confluence.
  • Stay informed about new trends and technologies in digital analytics to foster innovation and improvement within the team.

Job Requirements

  • Proficient in Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics (including Firebase), and AppsFlyer.
  • Experienced in web and app development environments with an understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Familiarity in SQL and other data visualisation tools like Qlik and Tableau will be an added advantage.
  • Excellent presentation skills, capable of explaining complex data in an accessible and actionable manner.
  • A proactive problem-solver, ready to challenge the status quo and drive positive changes.
  • Detail-oriented, able to manage multiple projects and deadlines efficiently.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships across various levels of stakeholders.
  • Adaptable and resilient, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
