Job Responsibilities

  • Monitor and evaluate division performance to ensure compliance with organizational standards and goals.
  • Manage budgets, resource allocation, and financial controls within the division.
  • Lead, mentor and develop a high-performing team to achieve division objectives.
  • Foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment that encourages innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
  • Identify opportunities for operational improvements and drive the implementation of best practices.
  • Collaborate with senior management to develop and execute short-term and long-term plans.
  • Utilize data and analytics to monitor process performance and drive decision-making.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Communicate effectively with senior management, providing regular updates on division performance and initiatives.
  • Address and resolve operational issues and challenges in a timely manner.

Job Requirements

  • Degree Holder in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related fields.
  • 6 to 7 years of relevant experience in senior operational management role, ideally within a similar industry.
  • Strong leadership skills with a track record of developing and managing high-performing teams.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in operational management software and tools.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
