About the Department
Group Retail provides Personal Banking, and Private Bank customers with financial solutions that are tailored to their needs across their respective life and business stages. Our customers can easily access our services across our global network of branches, self-service machines, automated teller machines and internet and mobile banking solutions.
Job Responsibilities
- Track and monitor e2e alert SLA to highlight any early warning / risk including spike in volume, buildup and capacity issue
- Provide insight based on trend, benchmarking, and analysis.
- Ensure effectiveness of the risk and control environment by supporting Control Ops Lead with workforce management, metrics and reporting, and quality control of the AML Ops functions.
- Perform periodic assessment and quality control on key processes in AML Ops functions and provide feedback to AML Ops functions for quality improvement.
- Stays informed of existing, emerging /new risks around Financial Crime and provides recommendations on appropriate control measures and performance/productivity improvement.
- Collate and provide regular reporting of operational metrics to the Control Ops Lead for governance forums.
Job Requirements
- 3-5 years’ hands on experience in KYC or AML in retail banking.
- Self-motivated
- Highly collaborative individual who can work as part of a team and independently
- Capable of multitasking
- Ability to work under pressure and adaptable to fast changing environment.
- Strong time management and follow up skills.
- Meticulous and detailed oriented.
- Proficient in MS Office
