The Retail function provides Personal and Business Banking customers with financial solutions tailored to their needs. We help them manage their money wisely and meet their financial goals through an extensive range of products and services. These include deposit, insurance, secured and unsecured loans, investment and wealth advisory services.

Job Responsibilities
As part of the overall treasury products team, the personnel is responsible for execution of structured products and dealing of cash equities. Support Treasury Execution desk head in managing different aspects of the structured product and equities such as product development & management; system enhancements & implementations; business analytics & reporting; sales activities & campaign management and product related advisory.
Key Scope
- Business Growth: Augment and support the lead product manager in continuous products & platforms innovations & enhancements, drive the delivery of execution related advisory and cash equities related enquiries to sales staff and clients;
- Product Management: Augment and support the lead product manager in managing structured product and equities aspects such as portfolio reporting & analysis, executing of product initiatives, managing sales activities such as campaigns, providing business analytics and reporting, ensuring key metrics are within healthy levels;
Business analytics & Reporting: Stay ahead of upcoming regulatory & compliance changes in the industry, supporting the lead product manager and working with regulatory, compliance and audit bodies to ensure products, processes & policies exceed the standards required. - Trade Execution: Ensure accurate and proper trade execution of structured product and equity in fast-paced market environment.
Job Requirements
- A recognized tertiary education with at least 2-5 years of relevant experience in structured products and cash equites;
- Possess the relevant accreditations (CMFAS RES 1A or 1B, CM-EIP and CM-SIP);
- A good knowledge of consumer banking landscape with keen awareness of emerging product innovations, trends & regulatory changes in the treasury space;
- Strong analytical skills, meticulous, proactive and able to think independently and creatively;
- A self-motivated individual with strong sense of accountability and ownership and above all, willing to learn;
- Team player with effective communication and interpersonal skills, with keen ability to collaborate within the team and with stakeholders to meet customers & company’s expectations.
