About the Department
The Retail function provides Personal and Business Banking customers with financial solutions tailored to their needs. We help them manage their money wisely and meet their financial goals through an extensive range of products and services. These include deposit, insurance, secured and unsecured loans, investment and wealth advisory services.
Personal Financial Services
We design and provide products and services that empower our customers to enjoy greater banking convenience while they extract more value from their money. In particular, we are focused on promoting and developing healthy saving and investment practices across generations.
Job Requirements
- At least 10 years of senior management experience, including at least one position sales management within a consumer service or B2C technology company
- Led or heavily involved in partnership development and/or cross-brand marketing campaigns
- Highly familiar with omni-channel acquisition strategy
Job Responsibilities
• Lead the overall sales strategy for Credit Cards, Debit Cards, Personal Loans, Balance Transfer, General Insurance, Credit Insurance, Auto Insurance and CASA through multiple sales channels including direct sales, inbound and outbound telesales and branches.
• Achieve optimal CIR across all sales channels with a well-balanced scorecard, revenue led sales strategy, enhanced sales productivity and robust sales incentive plan.
• Ensure strong sales discipline and compliance across all teams with guidance from the Regional ASD Governance Framework covering KORI and KRSCA
• Maintain a team with a consistent positive growth mindset through strong employee engagement, recognition programs and focus on career progression for top achievers.
• Deliver best in class sales experience with strong focus on customer satisfaction measure by NPS Score and EXSA Service Awards recognition.
Acquisition Strategy
• Drive overall customer franchise growth for Cards and Payment Products (CPP) with our omni-channel acquisition strategy.
• Develop optimal channel mix strategy with a well balance between cost Per acquisition and Through-the-Door customer quality..
Job Requirements
• At least 10 years of senior management experience, including at least one position sales management within a consumer service or B2C technology company
• Led or heavily involved in partnership development and/or cross-brand marketing campaigns
• Highly familiar with omni-channel acquisition strategy
• Proven track record in delivering aggressive growth strategy with P&L responsibilities
• Experience in sales management for a consumer product or consumer service strongly preferred
• Strong data analysis skills and ability to focus sharply on driving incremental value
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a high tolerance for ambiguity
• Ability to build and develop leadership and working level teams
• Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
