About the Department

UOB Private Bank
is dedicated to managing the wealth of high-net-worth individuals with investment assets of $5million and above. Keeping in mind our clients’ financial objectives, we provide tailored products and solutions that draw on the Group’s comprehensive suite of personal, business and investment services.

Job Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies to enhance our investment advisory and foreign exchange in alignment with the bank's overall objectives.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth clients, providing tailored investment solutions and ensuring a superior client experience.
• Oversee risk management practices within the advisory services to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies.
• Lead, mentor, and guide teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
• Organize and participate in client events, working closely with Senior Client Advisors (SCA) to provide product and investment solutions to customers.
• Monitor performance metrics, prepare reports for senior management, and provide insights for continuous improvement.

Job Requirements

• At least 15 years of experience in investment advisory, with a minimum of 10 years in team management.
• Strong knowledge of investment products, foreign exchange, and risk management and other areas related to investment advisory.
• Proven track record in leading large teams and driving business success.
• Exceptional client relationship management skills with experience in high-net-worth client advisory.
