About the Department
Group Technology and Operations (GTO) provides software and system development, information technology support services and banking operations.
We have centralized and standardized the technology components into Singapore, creating a global footprint which can be utilized for supporting our regional subsidiaries and the branches around the world. We operate and support 19 countries with this architecture to provide a secure and flexible banking infrastructure.
Our Operations divisions provide transactional customer services for our businesses while also focusing on cost efficiency through process improvements, automation and straight through processing.
Job Responsibilities
- Performing setup of electronic services for non-individual clients and work with various stakeholders within the bank.
- Candidate will be exposed to wide arrange of opportunity to learn different kind of client entitlements.
- Process Non-Individual client onboarding including internet banking application and maintenance, Corporate Paynow, SGQR, API, etc)
- Liaise with Business Units on referral or query and handling investigations
- Prepare statistics and reports
- Other responsibilities as delegated by Supervisor
- To lead a team of up to 10
Job Requirements
- Preferably at least 5 years of working experience in banking Operations
- Familiar with KYC, AML including MAS626 regulation will be an advantage
- Familiar with eServices such as Business Internet Banking, Paynow, SGQR etc is an advantage
- Candidates shall be self starter, fast learner, committed
- Able to work independently and a team player.
- Able to adapt to new technology / systems
- Able to work in a fast pace environment and posses good typing skills
- Computer literate with good Microsoft office skill such as words and excel
- Possess good communication and analytical skills
