About the Department

Group Technology and Operations (GTO) provides software and system development, information technology support services and banking operations.

We have centralized and standardized the technology components into Singapore, creating a global footprint which can be utilized for supporting our regional subsidiaries and the branches around the world. We operate and support 19 countries with this architecture to provide a secure and flexible banking infrastructure.

Our Operations divisions provide transactional customer services for our businesses while also focusing on cost efficiency through process improvements, automation and straight through processing.

Job Responsibilities

  • Responsible for processing/approving of Retail Operations Parameter Maintenance service requests
  • Ensure day-to-day parameter maintenance service requests are promptly & accurately authorized and processed within agreed SLA
  • Collaborate with business partners and stakeholders to review and seek clarifications on parameter change requirement to ensure timely implementation
  • Perform EOD reconciliations and support investigations on parameters related production incidents when necessary
  • Perform key custodian activities such as token uploads, pinpad injection, renewal of system encryption keys and passwords
  • Responsible for regular and ad-hoc information for management reporting and monitoring of parameter maintenance service requests
  • Develop and maintain procedures and manuals for Retail Operations Parameter maintenance
  • Proactive and seek opportunities to improve service processes, minimize operational risk and reduce costs

Job Requirements

  • 5-8 years of relevant working experience in banking retail operation units will be an advantage
  • Bachelor Degree holder
  • Good knowledge /understanding of banking retail operation processes & system capabilities/functionalities Strong analytical skills
  • Able to multi-task & possess leadership traits Diligent, meticulous and organized Ability to manage high volume and work within tight deadlines
