About the Department
Group Technology and Operations (GTO) provides software and system development, information technology support services and banking operations.
We have centralized and standardized the technology components into Singapore, creating a global footprint which can be utilized for supporting our regional subsidiaries and the branches around the world. We operate and support 19 countries with this architecture to provide a secure and flexible banking infrastructure.
Our Operations divisions provide transactional customer services for our businesses while also focusing on cost efficiency through process improvements, automation and straight through processing.
Job Responsibilities
- Provide user support on functional related queries
- Participate in issue investigation, rectification and recovery of production incidences with GBT, business & operational users and touchpoints to ensure timely and effective resolution
- Management of User Support Mailbox
- Perform key custodian activities such as token uploads, pinpad injection, renewal of system encryption keys and passwords
- Provide support for production parameter maintenance of retails applications
- Collaborate with business partners and stakeholders to review and seek clarifications on parameter change requirement to ensure timely implementation
- Perform EOD reconciliations and support investigations on user support and parameters related production incidents when necessary
- Responsible for regular and ad-hoc information for management reporting
- Develop and maintain procedures and manuals
- Proactive and seek opportunities to improve service processes, minimize operational risk and reduce costs
- Responsible for Audit and Internal control matters, ensure all key controls are in place
- Cross train and cover other team members when necessary
- Responsible to provide department administrative support such as user access administration, fixed assets management, purchase requisition, etc when necessary
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree with min 5 years of working experience in banking retail operation units will be an advantage
- Good knowledge /understanding of banking retail operation processes & system capabilities/functionalities
- Strong analytical skills
- Able to multi-task & possess leadership traits Diligent, meticulous and organized Ability to manage high volume and work within tight deadlines
- Good interpersonal & communication (both spoken/written) skills
- Possesses the willingness to learn
