About the Department

The Finance and Corporate Services function manages the financial and administrative needs of the Group to help achieve its business goals.

Corporate Real Estate Services

We manage and administer matters relating to real estate on behalf of the Group. These include lease management, facilities management, as well as security and general service matters.

Job Responsibilities

• This appointment reports direct and accountable to VP security operations from the bank's Group Corporate Security department that sits within Integrated Workplace Management (IWM) unit under the Group Corporate Real Estate & Services (Group CRES) function.
• The incumbent will be required to perform any other work related tasks as assigned by VP Security Operations, or as directed by Head of IWM, for the purpose of development and enhancement to self and/or the organisation.
• As first point of contact, the incumbent will also be required to coordinate with stakeholders (including the authorities such as Police, SCDF, etc.) relating to security, or security and safety related matters during peace time or during activation of business continuity plan.
• Additional Tasks include:
  • Manage physical security operations relating to security manning and security systems' readiness across the bank's entities in Singapore.
  • Participate and support the security transformation journey by (i) leveraging on smart security technology, (ii) streamlining and improving processes and (iii) enabling higher performance security team to achieve better efficiency and effectiveness.

Job Requirements

This role is equivalent to that of senior operation executive level in security industry. Attributes we are looking for include:

• Able to operate independently, and possess strong organization skills with problem-solving attitude. He/ she needs to have a proactive mindset, diligent in his dealings at work, and able collaborate effectively with stakeholder and communicate fluently.
• Experience in handling manpower and security services contract is preferred. He/ she will be required to support security-related projects.
• IT savvy, and having intermediate level of knowledge in Microsoft office applications (in particular, Microsoft Excel, Word and Power point presentation). He/ she has to be meticulous in administrative works, and with ability to diligently keep track/ present on assignment status.
