About the Department

Group Transaction Banking - Solution Centre reports into the GTB Sales organization. The GTB Solution Centre has been set up to enable increased Sales productivity by providing the necessary and effective tools and resources to assist Sales in their pitch and presentation efforts. GTB Solution Centre is responsible for creating and maintaining the knowledge database, which includes up-to-date marketing collaterals and sales materials that meet the required quality standards. The team is also responsible for the end-to-end management of complex deals, from the initial scoping stage, through solutioning and the final proposal and presentation deck generation.

Job Responsibilities

The Solution Centre Support will provide the necessary assistance to the Solution Centre team in the management and maintenance of the Solution Centre Databases and in the management of complex deals. The individual’s roles and responsibilities will include the following:

Solutions Database Maintenance
- Manage the SharePoint site as the primary database administrator
- Maintain the Master Inventory of database documents and track review period
- Ensure timely review of documents by the respective Product Managers
- Ensure that there are no stale documents in the database
- Assist to upload new / updated documents
- Work with the respective Sales Support teams to manage database access by users
- Maintain and update the Solutions Database Guide as and when required

GTB Solution Centre Intranet Site Management
- Support the Solution Centre team in managing the Intranet microsite, including maintaining and ensuring an updated inventory of assets uploaded in the microsite
- Coordinate with the Trade Sales team in managing the sales collaterals to be uploaded
- Work with the Intranet team to upload the documents onto the microsite

Solutions Database Content Support
- Provide assistance to the Solution Centre team in conducting any required research, initial legwork in collating materials or content for the creation of Solutions Database documents
- Assist in formatting documents in line with UOB corporate standards and help in proofreading documents

Complex Deal Management Support
- Provide support to the team in the end-to-end project management of complex or regional deals:
- Draft minutes of Significant Deal Meeting sessions
- Create the proposal template based on clients' RFP document
- Create the deal management tracker to facilitate the tracking of stakeholders' deliverables and feedback
- Collate questions from deal team members and format into client-friendly document for Sales' submission to client
- Assist in ensuring the 4-eye principle is applied by helping the team to eyeball document formatting and proofread content

Management of Awards Submissions
- Work closely with Group Marketing and provide support in coordinating and tracking the Sales submission of award nominations for the
various industry publications.
- Assist in vetting through the draft submissions and provide editorial review.
- Assist in preparing for any required logistics for the awards presentation

Job Requirements

Individual must have strong Microsoft Office skill set - across Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Candidate must also
possess a very keen and meticulous eye for detail.
