Job Responsibilities

New Hire Training, Upskill training as well as New Process Training

  • Continuously review and implement structured onboarding programs to ensure new hires gain a strong understanding of company products, processes, and service expectations.
  • Facilitate engaging and effective training sessions that promote job confidence and readiness.
  • Designs and implements annual skills assessments and recertification programs to ensure ongoing competency and compliance.

Program Development:

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive training materials, including manuals, e-learning modules, and job aids.
  • Ensure content is up-to-date, relevant, and aligned with business goals.
  • Analyzes current call trends to identify knowledge gaps and integrates insights into training modules for continuous improvement.

Continuous Learning:

  • Oversee ongoing learning initiatives such as skills development workshops, coaching sessions, and digital learning.
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement and service excellence.

Performance & Engagement:

  • Monitor training effectiveness and employee performance post-training. Identify learning gaps and recommend targeted interventions to enhance productivity and service quality.

Attrition & Retention Analysis:

  • Track and analyze early attrition trends and key drivers during training. Collaborate with HR and business leaders to recommend strategies that improve employee retention and long-term engagement.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

  • Partner with department heads and team leaders to align training initiatives with operational needs and performance goals.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree with min 3 to 4 years of working experience in Banking / Training
  • Good communication skills
  • Able to work with different levels stakeholders
  • Proficient in Analysis and MS Office Tools
