About the Department

The Finance and Corporate Services function manages the financial and administrative needs of the Group to help achieve its business goals.

 

Group Finance
We support enhanced decision-making to achieve optimal and sustainable financial outcomes for our shareholders. We are responsible for providing insights into the performance of the Group through financial, regulatory and performance reporting of the Group.

Job Responsibilities

Be part of the Financial Strategy team focused on stakeholder partnership and advisory to drive efficient deployment of the Group’s Capital and Balance Sheet through external benchmarking, and financial modeling.

  • Actively engage business stakeholders as part of robust planning, forecasting process in providing forward-looking assessment and insights to achieve desired financial outcome
  • Lead the team in analysis of data to develop data driven models and conduct scenarios and sensitivity analysis based on macro scans and external benchmarking to make recommendations for decision support
  • Develop management dashboards to ensure strategic alignment of Capital, Balance Sheet & Profitability metrics across countries and business segments

Job Requirements

  • Strong leadership, influencing and interpersonal communication skills 
  • Independent, resourceful, and able to work collaboratively with business and finance stakeholders 
  • Analytical and strong problem-solving skills with ability to prioritise and deliver in a fast-paced environment dealing with ambiguity
  • Enjoys the challenge of combining data modeling and analytics into insights and drive quality decision making
  • Understanding of financial processes and experience in balance sheet and capital management will be an advantage
  • Degree in Accounting / Finance / Business or equivalent professional certification
  • At least 10-15 years of experience in the banking and finance sector
