About the Department

Group Technology and Operations (GTO) provides software and system development, information technology support services and banking operations. We have centralized and standardized the technology components into Singapore, creating a global footprint which can be utilized for supporting our regional subsidiaries and the branches around the world. We operate and support 19 countries with this architecture to provide a secure and flexible banking infrastructure. Our Operations divisions provide transactional customer services for our businesses while also focusing on cost efficiency through process improvements, automation and straight through processing.

Job Responsibilities

The key responsibilities of the Technical Delivery Lead

  • Manage the end-to-end delivery of all global markets front office requirements
  • Active participation of requirement gathering, initial assessment and solutioning
  • Work closely with front office heads on the backlog prioritization
  • Understand the system and provide guidance to the team in the entire SDLC
  • Monitor and mitigate risks and issues related to the delivery
  • Ensure adherence to the bank’s software development methodology
  • Follow up with vendor support as and when necessary to resolve bugs/issues
  • Manage a team comprising of permanent staff, contracts and vendor resources

Job Requirements

Technical & Functional Skills & Experience

  • Minimum 10 years of delivery experience (preferably Murex related)
  • In-depth understanding of global markets/treasury products and practices.
  • Product knowledge should encompass most or all of the following asset classes : Credit, Interest Rate, Equity, Fixed Income, Forex and Commodities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Senior stakeholder management skills
  • Good people management skills
  • Ability to thrive under pressure


Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering or similar domain
