About the Department

The Retail function provides Personal and Business Banking customers with financial solutions tailored to their needs. We help them manage their money wisely and meet their financial goals through an extensive range of products and services. These include deposit, insurance, secured and unsecured loans, investment and wealth advisory services.

 

Personal Financial Services 
We design and provide products and services that empower our customers to enjoy greater banking convenience while they extract more value from their money. In particular, we are focused on promoting and developing healthy saving and investment practices across generations.

Job Responsibilities

  • To manage the Sales Team in telemarketing General Insurance (GI) products to generate sales revenue.
  • Recruit and maintain approved headcounts at all times.
  • Train, coach, guide & and motivate team.
  • Achievement of daily/weekly/ monthly targets and all KPIs set by Management.
  • To perform the duties assigned as a Duty Floor Manager (DFM).
  • Prepare Agent Sales Report for management monthly sales review.

Job Requirements

  • Experience in managing medium sized team (5 to 10 people) is preferred.
  • Passionate communicators who can effectively connect with customers and articulate the value of our insurance products
  • Motivated individuals who thrive in a goal-oriented environment and are eager to grow their career
  • Willing to learn and apply new techniques to improve skillsets
  • Team players who enjoy working collaboratively and contributing to a positive team dynamic
  • Proficient in MS Office suite of applications
  • 5 days week but may be required to perform OTs
  • CMFAS qualification requirements in M5 and M9 (preferred but not a must)
  • Minimum 4 GCE O level is required
