About the Department

Group Technology and Operations (GTO) provides software and system development, information technology support services and banking operations.

We have centralized and standardized the technology components into Singapore, creating a global footprint which can be utilized for supporting our regional subsidiaries and the branches around the world. We operate and support 19 countries with this architecture to provide a secure and flexible banking infrastructure.

Our Operations divisions provide transactional customer services for our businesses while also focusing on cost efficiency through process improvements, automation and straight through processing.

Job Responsibilities


1.    Lead a team of support engineers to facilitate client implementation, client UAT testing and production live verification.  

2.    Provides domain expertise in defining ecommerce solutioning and Host-to-Host strategies that enables the realization of Customer’s business strategy and outcomes.

3.    Drives complex Client implementation end-to-end in collaboration with Technology & Operations Partners. 

4.    Supports Transaction Banking Sales and Product Teams during RFP and Pre-Deal proposals. 

5.    Designs best in class solution in collaboration with Product Managers, Technology delivery and Architecture teams.

6.    Sustainable Improvements
a.    Build sustainable processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness of client implementation. 
b.    Improve systems and workflows to better manage implementation life cycles. 

Job Requirements

•    Technically well versed with industry’s standards for host to host connectivity and integration.
•    Prior experiences in API and File based payments processing implementation.
•    Strong quantitative, analytical, problem solving and process design skills that can translate analysis into solutions that meet business objectives
•    Familiar with change management processes and project management fundamentals
•    Passionate, diligent and resilient individual with ability to thrive in ambiguity
•    Experience in scoping and evaluation – Defining overall considerations, including scalability, maintainability, cost, operations and technology principal risk to provide a recommendation
•    Bachelor’s degree in engineering/ business/ finance or equivalent
•    Minimum 10 years of relevant banking and/or consulting experience
