About the Department

The Innovation Strategy & Planning team leads and drives the bank’s overall innovation and analytics transformation. The team ensures that innovation strategy pillars and objectives are operationalized and implemented through actionable and measurable plans and initiatives, with close collaborations across various functions within the Group.

Job Responsibilities

• Strategic Communications:
  • Help the Innovation Group to identify and drive the bank's innovation and transformation initiatives.
  • Communicate and provide guidance to internal stakeholders, supporting them in the operationalization and integration of innovation initiatives and capabilities.
  • Develop and deliver clear, compelling, and strategic communications to various audiences, ensuring alignment with the bank’s innovation goals and objectives.
  • Support ISP colleagues in external forums, conferences, and meetings to promote the bank’s innovation agenda.
• Planning and Execution:
  • Oversee project initiatives, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget, while providing actionable insights to key stakeholders to drive positive outcomes.
• Financial Acumen:
  • Develop and manage budgets for innovation projects, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and adherence to financial targets.
  • Analyze financial data to provide insights and recommendations that support strategic decision-making and drive financial performance.
  • Ensure meticulous financial planning and reporting, maintaining accuracy and transparency in all financial matters related to innovation initiatives.
• Innovation and Transformation:
  • Keep abreast of the latest innovation developments, practices, and tools to strategically integrate potential solutions for organizational growth.

Job Requirements

• Recognized university degree with 10 to 15 years of working experience, with a strong interest in digital innovation and a drive for transformation management.
• Proven experience in strategic communications, with the ability to interpret and translate strategic concepts into clear and meaningful narratives.
• Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and a passion for accuracy.
• Excellent financial sense, with experience in budgeting, financial analysis, and reporting.
• Strategic thinker with excellent project management, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders.
• Proactive and passionate about innovation and making a meaningful impact.
