About the Department

The Innovation Strategy & Planning team leads and drives the bank’s overall innovation and analytics transformation. The team ensures that innovation strategy pillars and objectives are operationalized and implemented through actionable and measurable plans and initiatives, with close collaborations across various functions within the Group.

Job Responsibilities

Performance Analysis:

• Analyze the department's performance and results, identifying key trends and insights.
• Develop and maintain performance dashboards and reports to track progress against strategic goals.
• Provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve departmental performance.

Strategic Communications:

• Assist in developing and delivering clear, compelling, and strategic communications to various audiences.
• Support the FVP in communicating and providing guidance to internal stakeholders, ensuring alignment with the bank’s innovation goals and objectives.
• Prepare and present PowerPoint presentations that articulate the department's performance and strategic initiatives.

Project Management:

• Oversee project initiatives, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive the successful execution of strategic projects.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to senior management.

Financial Analysis:

• Assist in developing and managing budgets for innovation projects.
• Analyze financial data to support strategic decision-making and drive financial performance.
• Ensure meticulous financial planning and reporting, maintaining accuracy and transparency in all financial matters related to innovation initiatives.

Innovation and Transformation:

• Keep abreast of the latest innovation developments, practices, and tools.
• Support the integration of potential solutions for organizational growth.

Job Requirements

• Recognized university degree with 5 to 10 years of working experience, preferably in strategic communications, business management, or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and a passion for accuracy.
• Proven experience in developing and delivering PowerPoint presentations to senior management.
• Excellent financial sense, with experience in budgeting, financial analysis, and reporting.
• Strategic thinker with excellent project management, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders
