About the Department

The Finance and Corporate Services function manages the financial and administrative needs of the Group to help achieve its business goals.

 

Group Finance

We support enhanced decision-making to achieve optimal and sustainable financial outcomes for our shareholders. We are responsible for providing insights into the performance of the Group through financial, regulatory and performance reporting of the Group.

Job Responsibilities

As a key member of the Business Finance for Transaction Banking and Structured Trade and Commodity Finance, you serve as a business partner to TB and STCF teams, adding value to their planning, budgeting and performance monitoring. 

Key responsibilities include:

  • Prepares business performance reports and business highlights at product/segment level
  • Monitors performance against Budget and historical results
  • Provides business forecasting and budgeting
  • Tracks cost figures to ensure prudent cost management 
  • Works closely with product managers and support units from operations and channels to review the existing cost allocations to TB products
  • Ad hoc assignments 

Job Requirements

  • Recognised degree in Accountancy/Business Admin/Banking & Finance
  • At least 10 years of relevant working experience in Business Partnership or Transaction Banking BF role
  • Excellent computer skills in MS Office applications.  
  • Resourceful and highly motivated and able to work under pressure and independently 
  • Strong analytical skills and with the discipline to meet deadlines
  • Good written and communication/ presentation skills
