About the Department

The Finance and Corporate Services function manages the financial and administrative needs of the Group to help achieve its business goals.

 

Corporate Real Estate Services

We manage and administer matters relating to real estate on behalf of the Group. These include lease management, facilities management, as well as security and general service matters.

Job Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage the gathering, consolidation and checking of data from  regional countries for the annual Sustainability Report, and establish Sustainability-related sections and content in the Sustainability Report.
  • Drive and coordinate with regional countries’ Sustainability Leads and CRES functions to establish and implement their Decarbonization Roadmap to achieve the company’s sustainability targets, including reduction of energy consumption and carbon emissions (Scope 1, 2 & 3) etc.
  • Coordinate, advise and assist regional countries to achieve green building certifications.
  • Assist in the establishment and implementation of sustainable design, sustainability features and solutions for the company’s new real estate assets including buildings and branches. 
  • Assist in the development and implementation of Sustainability-related policies, guidelines and practices to help achieve the company’s sustainability goals and targets. 
  • Develop Workplace Safety & Health (WSH) policies, procedures and guidelines and drive the implementation in Singapore to help ensure compliance to the Singapore’s WSH Act as well as to communicate with regional countries to raise awareness of WSH.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to integrate sustainability and WSH requirements into the various work processes within the Corporate Real Estate Services function, e.g. construction projects, office and branches fit-outs and facilities management.
  • Collaborate with regional countries’ Sustainability Leads and advise and coordinate on various relevant tasks and projects.
  • Develop network/partnerships with external stakeholders to drive collaborations and projects.
  • Monitor local legislations, track current and emerging technical and management trends and options for improving the company’s Sustainability and WSH.
  • Other additional tasks and areas as assigned by supervisor

Job Requirements

  • Passionate about Sustainability / ESG
  • Significant knowledge of sustainability solutions, technologies, methodologies, best practices, e.g. energy efficiency, green building certification, renewable energy, environmental management system, waste management, sustainability report, carbon emission methodology and related topics
  • Bachelor's Degree in Sustainability-related or Engineering discipline
  • Minimum 5 years of sustainability-related management and/or project experience  
  • Good communicator, influencer and team player with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact and coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders
  • Independent worker, take initiatives and interact and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to resolve problems and deliver results
