About the Department

The Retail function provides Personal and Business Banking customers with financial solutions tailored to their needs. We help them manage their money wisely and meet their financial goals through an extensive range of products and services. These include deposit, insurance, secured and unsecured loans, investment and wealth advisory services.

 

Personal Financial Services

We design and provide products and services that empower our customers to enjoy greater banking convenience while they extract more value from their money. In particular, we are focused on promoting and developing healthy saving and investment practices across generations.

Job Responsibilities

The candidate is required to manage multiple commercial credit portfolio, cross-sell our commercial credit payment solutions to targeted segment such as SME and Corporate via Business Banking and  Commercial Banking Group client base. The candidate is required to explore new opportunities within the portfolio.

- Establish, drive and cross sell all Business Development partnership initiative into the SME and commercial credit customers.
- In partnership with Business Development Team & Commercial Banking Group, to drive all Commercial related Business Development; manage sales activities such as T&E Spend and commodities spend on cards.
- Self-discipline individual must be able to articulate the Commercial Card Product and Payment solutions to the potential clientele and follow through the entire sales to implementation process.
- To conduct account review with customers on regular basis and uncover account expansion within the portfolio.
- To manage customers’ queries and servicing issues.
- Effective management of a strong sales pipeline; timely and accurate sales tracking for monthly reporting
- Accountability for individual sales target being set by Team lead
- Observe and adhere to organization regulatory compliance

Job Requirements

- Seeking for individual who’s eager to kick start a career in banking industry
- Possess strong integrity with self-motivated attitude to achieve excellent result
- Excellent command of English, in both verbal and writing
- Computer literate, high proficiency in Microsoft applications such as Excel, PowerPoints and Words etc.
- Keen analytical skills, meticulous in nature and have an eye for details
- Confidence and ability to influence, strong team player who has what it takes to excel in high dynamic and fast-paced environment
- A degree graduate seeking a role in sales organization
