About the Department

UOB Asset Management is a leading Asian asset manager with award-winning investment expertise in fixed income and equities. Headquartered in Singapore, we offer global investment management expertise to individuals, institutions and corporations from a regional network spanning Thailand, Malaysia, Brunei, Japan and beyond. Our comprehensive product suite includes innovative solutions covering retail unit trusts, exchange-traded funds and customised portfolio management services.

Job Responsibilities

  • Part of the Business Service Management Team supporting Business Development in UOBAM, namely in the following areas - Reporting, Compliance & Regulatory and New Initiatives.

  • Able to collaborate with Sales and Finance to develop a sales budget.

  • Conducts monthly analysis of sales budget. Forecasts and tracks sales budget throughout the year to meet budget projections.

  • Prepare annual reports for outsourcing services. Working with internal stakeholders and external vendors to complete the reports.

  • Handling of KORI, KRCSA and Compliance Review requests/assessments.

  • Track new initiatives and process enhancements.

Job Requirements

  • Degree in Business/Accounting/Finance with at least 5 years of relevant experience, or comparable professional qualifications.

  • Experience in independently conducting budgeting will be advantage.

  • Ability to work independently and as a team to deliver outcome of consistent good quality within stipulated timeline in a dynamic environment.

  • Good communication and presentation skills.

  • Demonstrates the willingness to learn and eager for knowledge.
