About the Department

The Retail function provides Personal and Business Banking customers with financial solutions tailored to their needs. We help them manage their money wisely and meet their financial goals through an extensive range of products and services. These include deposit, insurance, secured and unsecured loans, investment and wealth advisory services.

 

Personal Financial Services

We design and provide products and services that empower our customers to enjoy greater banking convenience while they extract more value from their money. In particular, we are focused on promoting and developing healthy saving and investment practices across generations.

Job Responsibilities

•    The role will function as the Singapore digital subject matter expert to drive Performance Marketing Outcomes for PFS and to drive Marketing Operations efficiency.
•    To work primarily with both the broader PFS marketing team and key stakeholders in the digital and retail space (marketing, mobile and digital, business analytics, etc) and with key external media and media agency partners.
•    To help leverage UOB’s investment in marketing technology so that marketing can deliver tangible business outcomes from their marketing investment. 
•    This role is also responsible for marketing KPIs and will be the subject matter expert for marketing’s SEO strategy, digital media buying, media opimisation, driving strong marketing analytics via internal partners, all to all with the objective of driving quality and cost efficiency and budget management of campaigns across in PFS.
•    This role will continually improve the operational efficiency of the marketing function by reviewing and improving processes and use of technology.
•    These responsibilities will be achieved through an understanding of key business drivers, the process of campaign development and campaign management, budget management and controls, workload and capacity optimisation.  


 

Job Requirements

•    8+ years in a marketing role
•    Able to think strategically but also execute end-to-end
•    Strong grasp of current digital marketing tools and strategies
•    Financial services and/or Mar Tech experience preferred
•    Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
•    Experience in budget and workflow management
•    Solid experience in performance marketing
•    Demonstrated ability in a marketing role, managing agencies and internal partners.
•    Excellent communication and presentation skills
•    Excellent attention to detail, organised
