About the Department

The Retail function provides Personal and Business Banking customers with financial solutions tailored to their needs. We help them manage their money wisely and meet their financial goals through an extensive range of products and services. These include deposit, insurance, secured and unsecured loans, investment and wealth advisory services.

 

Personal Financial Services

We design and provide products and services that empower our customers to enjoy greater banking convenience while they extract more value from their money. In particular, we are focused on promoting and developing healthy saving and investment practices across generations.

Job Responsibilities

This position is responsible for the overall execution of product marketing and customer acquisition programmes for Deposits and Secured Loans. He/she will also be driving net customer growth through mass segment marketing initiatives that meet agreed yearly business targets.

  • Together with Product owners, Sales, Operations, Compliance and Legal stakeholders, develop and implement marketing programs that drive customer acquisitions, leads generation and revenue while strengthening the segment brand proposition. This includes developing sales tools and sourcing premiums and gifting options.
  • Work with creative and media agencies to develop effective marketing collaterals for all touchpoints while leveraging on an optimal media mix.
  • Create and deliver exciting digital/social content that drives awareness, encourage engagement and generate leads.
  • In addition, this individual will also manage branch and self-service banking assets and communications.
  • Work closely with the Analytics and Digital teams for more effective customer targeting and to monitor and track campaign performance and results to aid learnings for future campaigns.
  • Monitor, track and optimize allocated marketing budgets and performance of marketing initiatives to achieve agreed yearly business targets.

Job Requirements

  • At least 5 years of marketing or creative/media agency experience. Strong digital and social media marketing experience is essential
  • Degree in Communications, Marketing or Business
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong branding/design sense with business acumen
  • Tenacious and results-oriented with attention-to-details
  • Excellent project and people management skills  
  • Ability to meet deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Positive and energetic team player
